A energetic and dynamic yoga flow, syncing movement and breath together. Flowing from one pose to another, creating a continuous, dance-like sequence. Perfect for when you want to find an inner sense of calm and focus through invigorating movements.

Yin Yoga

In Yin Yoga you hold poses for an extended period, typically between 3 to 5 minutes, allowing for a deep release and relaxation. Increasing flexibility and improving circulation of our connective tissues. While also practicing mindfulness and meditation.

Gentle Flow

A slow and meditative flow that combines elements of both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga together. Moving through poses on the rhythm of your breath focusing on softness and ease, while also holding longer-held poses. Offering the perfect balance of movement and stillness.

The Art of Conscious Relaxation

Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a powerful guided meditation technique and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While lying comfortably, you are guided into a state of conscious relaxation, hovering between wakefulness and sleep.

This practice allows you to access deeper layers of your subconscious, promoting profound physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Yoga Nidra

During Yoga Nidra, you can achieve a state of deep rest, which helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall well-being.

It is an excellent tool for self exploration and healing, allowing you to release long-held tensions and reconnect with your true self.

Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing can also be combined together, a powerful combination of deep rest and healing.
